The experience begins with an insightful introduction to the story of Waterford Whisky. You'll learn about the significance of sourcing Irish barley and how the specific origins of the grain deeply influence the flavours of the whisky. We'll delve into the impact of farming practices and terroir, exploring how the land itself shapes each unique expression of Waterford Whisky.

Under Ned's expert guidance, you'll blend your own unrepeatable Cuvée Concept, tasting each component as your creation comes to life. You'll have access to some of Ned's most exotic and intriguing ingredients, including ultra-rare whiskies malted with true Irish peat and experimental casks made from alternative woods like wild cherry.
