Guided by our very own “Doc Brown” – Founder Mark Reynier – in this tasting you’ll be able to revisit an Arcadian way of farming, of biodynamics, organics and heritage barleys lost to the past. This an exclusive opportunity to taste some preview whiskies, compare and contrast unusual heritage spirits, and learn about the radical Old Ways – so you can find out why we’re so curious about what they do for whisky’s natural flavour.
