On the one hand we thought about leaving this description blank so your imagination could run wild, but you should know that in this experience Ned is going to take you to a very dark place, literally – the cellar. Here, slumbering besides the River Suir, we have a not particularly well kept secret – our Funny casks: Chestnut, Wild Cherry, Acacia, Mulberry and Andean oak. These are rare specimens in the whisky world, and a lucky few will be able to join Ned to explore the wildest fringes of our Good Wood regimen.
